A Stay With A Dog
Walk in with a dog and the bar, the terrace and the lounge are open to you both. There is no weight limit. The fee is one amount, $100 a stay, and it is stated before you book. Walking services can be arranged, and a full canine amenity programme is waiting in the room. Ask the front desk the same question on any shift and you get the same answer.
Why It Matters
None of that needed a new building. It is a set of decisions, taken once and held on every shift, which is what an A+ is made of. It is also what makes the grade worth having: it cannot be bought, so when a hotel earns it, it can say so.
