For General Managers

What Your Team Does On Monday

You want to know what this asks of your team, what the first engagement includes, and how you will know it worked. An audit with the evidence quoted, a plan in order of return, what it asks of each department stated before you start, and a re-score at the end.

In Your Own Words

Your World

You have stood in the lobby at seven in the morning. You know the pet policy says one thing and the night desk says another, that housekeeping is your biggest line, and that your owner will ask what the uplift is before anyone has looked at your rooms mix. You want a plan, not a lecture.

What We Do For You

The first engagement for a single property is almost always the audit. It is private, it quotes the evidence, and it ends in a list your team can start on.

  • Mystery Shopper Audit

Four to six weeks for one property. An anonymous enquiry through the channels real guests use, a scorecard against the standard with the evidence quoted, a debrief with your heads of department, and a prioritised list of changes, benchmarked against your competitive set.

  • Certification Advisory

Most of the grade moves on decisions, not capital: the fee, the weight limit, which spaces the dog can enter. We show you which, in order of return, and the hotel is re-assessed at the end. Six to twelve weeks.

  • Staff Training

Kali trains each role on the shift it works, in its own language: reservations on the policy and the fee, housekeeping on the dog room protocol, concierge on the walk and the sitter. The property receives a certificate when the team is trained.

  • Operational Design

When you want to go beyond the floor: the amenity programme sized to your rooms and laundry, the dog menu, the partners, the playbook.

What It Looks Like When Done Well

Who does the work: our assessors run the audit, we write the plan with you, your team implements it, and the hotel is re-assessed so the result is measured, not asserted.

What it asks of your team: a debrief with your heads of department and the changes they choose to make, most of which are decisions rather than spend.

What your owner sees: a published revenue model, labelled as a model, and your own number once we have looked at your market.
